With years of hands-on experience in real estate investment and residential renovation, Jarrett knows how to transform a property; whether it’s a ground-up build, a full-scale remodel, or a strategic value-add ready for market. Every project under his leadership is built to last and designed to stand out.

Jarrett got his start working for his father in Montana, where he began his journey in construction: roofing houses, building additions, erecting garages, and handling just about anything else the ranch demanded. That early experience instilled the work ethic and versatility he brings to every job site today. His passion for revitalizing homes and helping families move into spaces they love is matched only by his drive to grow Cowboy Construction into the trusted name for honest, high-quality building.
Whether he’s managing crews, refining business strategy, or personally inspecting the details that matter most, Jarrett leads with faith, discipline, and a relentless commitment to doing things right.
Off the clock, he enjoys time with his fiancée, playing with their dogs, hunting, and building a future on the same values that started it all.

Charles “Chuck” Eldridge brings a creative eye and decades of real estate experience to Cowboy Construction’s sales and client relations team. A graduate of VCU’s School of the Arts with a BFA, Chuck blends his artistic sensibility with deep industry knowledge to help clients envision the full potential of every property—whether it’s a new build, a custom remodel, or a historic renovation.
